We watched Episode 13 "Epitaph 1" last night and it was so incredibly interesting!  It really was quite the payoff for the season.  I'm curious to see how this un-aired episode will color the second season.  I've already read that Felicia Day will reprise her role in the first episode of season 2.

Speaking of Felicia, this photoshoot for The Guild is hilarious!  It looks like they are going to have a video coming out, with Melissa Tancharoen as one of the singers, and she is pictured in the photoshoot.  Oh, and she and Jed Whedon did a great song for "Epitaph 1" called Remains, for yet another connection here.

Just finished watching Virtuality on Fox (partly written by Ron Moore) and it was a really, really good show. It combines some old sci-fi themes, but the characters were really interesting and the plot really moved along. I highly recommend! Let's just hope Fox picks up the show.

Lots of news today.  On CNN, the article Geek now chic in pop culture features The Big Bang Theory.  Over on MSNBC, there is another article called Has 'How I Met Your Mother' revealed mom?  Finally, on Newsweek is 'Star Wars' vs. 'Star Trek' featuring George Bush as Darth Vader, Dick Cheney as the Emporer, and Pres. Obama as Mr. Spock!

Anyone going to Comic-Con?

Anyone planning on going to Comic-Con this summer?  I am suddenly interested now that everything is sold out, of course (well, Friday and Saturday).  How is easy is it to get tickets on the secondary market?

It is probably prohibitively expensive and I doubt I will be going.  If you are going would you be willing to do me a big favor?

They did a series of photograph for EW called 'How I Met Your Mother' Cast in 'The Best of 2008'.  I think the one where they are the Jonas brothers takes the cake.

That's right, it is back!

I had read it was only going to be featured on Xbox for now, but they are showing it on the MSN Video website as well.  Episode 1 and 2 are both available.
